The program comprises two buildings: an office building for 900 employees, housing BMW France headquarters, and a storage building for new and prototype vehicles. The whole is built on a vast basement dedicated to parking for site personnel.

 

The office building is organized around a vast, landscaped square courtyard, and extends over R+4 and R+5 levels.

 

Its sober architecture reflects the graphic and aesthetic codes of the BMW brand image. The simple massing features white and anthracite-grey facades with random solid panels.

 

The openwork cladding of the vehicle storage building follows the same rhythm, materials and colors as the office building, ensuring harmony and homogeneity throughout the complex.
